She started her career in the U.A.E. with the airport industry and gained valuable experience within the customer services and operations of the business.
In 2002 she shifted gears and moved to Human Resources Department where she earned extensive and hands-on expertise in HR generalist affairs including employee relations recruitment and selection staff development mediation conflict resolution benefits and compensation management HR records management HR policies development and legal compliance.
Prior to co-founding Copperfield HR and Business Solutions she has held positions in prestigious airport and airline companies in Abu Dhabi.
Asmaa is the founder for all the three entities under the banner of Copperfield in Abu Dhabi U.A.E. She is a Bachelors Degree graduate and is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Her professional experience spans from various functions in Human Resource such as employee relations recruitment and selection training and development to specialized business/strategic partnering.
Having held responsible positions in prestigious organizations over the past twelve years she is confident of reaching out to other businesses in the U.A.E. who need support in enhancing their HR structure and boosting their opportunity to remain competitive in the ever evolving marketplace.

A very competitive professional in the field of manpower supply and outsourcing Ricky has established wide network of contacts with clients ranging from EPCs MNCs to leading contracting and petroleum companies in his long stint in the U.A.E.
Rickys career in Abu Dhabi started in 1998 with a prestigious airport management company where his customer services and airport operation skills were honed.
This gave him the desired insight into business operations. He has diligently worked and built upon it to be the authority in business development function in Copperfield serving as an interface between this company and its clients – both existing and prospective.
