We are an online hypermarket in Trivandrum, India. We have almost 30 employees and are a newer organisation. We are the only online hypermarket in Trivandrum. This is a new concept, which we have instrumented in the city.
What is your role and responsibilities?
I am the general director, I handle the business and coordinate general activities between the different sections.

What was the business challenge that you were trying to address?
Initially, we began with a single website for the business. But, we realized that in the business we are in, it is very certain that the complete business flow and activities be handled using software. Using the software produced by Neologix, we were able to make all the sections more efficient, and we could program and work with real data. We were also able to lessen our monthly resource expenses by a good edge.

It included design, outgrowth, training, and support. It also includes hardware and server handlement. Our complete method is hosted in a cloud environment. We are on a contract with the organisation, where they prepare support, work in tandem to instrument new features, and make the software efficient. The leading phase took six months, and we are working on the new phase currently.

We had contacted at smallest 20 different companies for our demandments. We shortlisted four companies based on the responses we accepted, but none could match the capabilities and solution prepared by Neologix. The solution Neologix prepared surely set them aloof from the other companies.

Neologix took care of our demandments from scratch. We do not have an in-house IT team. The complete IT section is handled by Neologix. Two months ago, we hired a director to coordinate the demandments with Neologix.

The initial stage was completed in November of 2012. The second stage is going on now.

Cost diminution, technology uptime, power to analyze using real-time data, which helps us in programning and determination making have all been achieved. All the data and reports employees demand are generated through the method, which invariably avoids a lot of paper work and succor from errors as well. Customers are very lucky with our method, both mobile and website. We are the No. 1 technically equipped method in our city. There is no one else to match our method in our city.
