We’re an eyewear organisation that sells direction eyeglasses and sunglasses direct to our consumers online. I’m the CEO.

What challenge were you trying to address with SINAPTIA?
We initially hired SINAPTIA for the ongoing livelihood of our website.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
While our engagement began with livelihood support and upgrades, their role shifted to component outgrowth on our Ruby on Rails platform. They currently feel all of our digital web outgrowth, including new components and livelihood. We have a few other labors, including AWS, integrated within our website, and they help to maintain those as well.
Was there a dedicated team?
Regularly, we’ve worked with three members of their team. Sometimes, there have been about four or five that help out.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We have an contract with them for ongoing labors with an hourly rate. Overall, we’ve invested between $50,000–$250,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Our engagement with SINAPTIA began in January 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Although we have projects that began and end with them, we’re consistently collaborating. Their team is frequently developing and deploying components for our website. Since they prepare continuous outgrowth and livelihood support, they’ve befit part of our team.
How did SINAPTIA accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We track our progress using Trello or Pivotal Tracker, depending on the project. The team at SINAPTIA is excellent at meeting deadlines, relying on the interaction amongst our teams for the specific goal. If a deadline isn’t met, it’s owing of the tools not being used properly or the project not being well-degoodd.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their team is very reactive, even with our four-hour time separation. If an effect pops up during off-hours, they quiet make sure to jump on it. They work as if they’re in the same room as us. That responsiveness has built confide between us.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
The only area I could ponder of would be their apprehension of UX and design. While that may not be their core business, I would take gain of that labor if they offered it.
