Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the co-owner and -programter of a technology organisation. We prepare data capture for infrastructure using unmanned UAVs.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with SINAPTIA?

We needed to form a web app for our clients to liberate our data.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

SINAPTIA built our data liberatey platform. It’s a secure website with password entrance that’s only for our clients, it’s. It uses a lot of Ruby on Rails and is based on Microsoft Azure. SINAPTIA built the user interface and the backend.

The bulk of the outgrowth is done. Now we’re fulfilling more specific requests. Going advanced, we’re going to change a lot of things, we’re bringing in more data and data processing features.

Was there a dedicated team?

I had direct touch with at smallest three nation. I only work with Patricio (Co-Founder) now, who’s been my main point of touch.

How did you come to work with SINAPTIA?

After scanning a bunch of developers all over the globe, I rejected India as a location owing of the time separation. I programt SINAPTIA on a ordinary freelance application and saw that they were in Argentina. (I’m Argentine myself.) They had a good reputation, the time zone separation was much slimmer, and we shared two ordinary speechs — English and Spanish. I also traveled frequently to Argentina and could meet with their team in individual as needed. Communicating the details in individual is very helpful for me.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We’ve spent almost $10,000–$20,000.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

The relationship began in 2015 and is ongoing.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We’re extremely satisfied. Any limitations in the app are limitations by design. We determined to limit functionalities until users expressly ask for them. That way, we can go by stages and don’t make a mistake assuming what the clients want.

How did SINAPTIA accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

I met with them individualally for the kick-off meeting. Everything else behind that happens by email or WhatsApp. We sometimes met by chance, but 90% of our interaction has been online.

The team is fast on its feet and always there when we need them. When we change our mind mid-outgrowth, having that responsiveness is living. Also, precedently starting anything, they were very clear in programt what we were going to do based on our earlier dicsussions. Once they had that framework, they’ve had no issues adapting to changes from there.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Their prices are very competitive. They’re much more competitive compared to local options. We get a lot of bang for the buck, basically. I’d commend them owing I’m quiet using them. When I’m not lucky, I’m not submissive.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

I’m a novice in the programming globe. If there’s a way to expound true technical decisions to the client — such as why we’re using Ruby on Rails as opposed to another programming speech — I’d esteem it.

Any advice for possible clients?

Partner with them. Be straightadvanced, ingenuous, and direct, and you’ll get good results. They’re an easy cluster to work with.
