We’ve worked with separate other teams precedently but it has never worked out. The most challenging part of IT outsourcing is interaction as most outsourced teams are in different time zones and converse different languages, which makes the interaction over the phone very hard.
AIS is online whenever you are working, and when emergencies come up, they work day and night until the issue is solved.
