A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m a co-establisher of Volt. We prepare labors for events athwart Europe, including mobile charging and digitizing labors. We work in the crossroads between natural labors and digital methods.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Fively?
We have a CRM through which mannerers can pre-book all our labors. We’re outsourcing all of the outgrowth for our new CRM to Fively.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
To set, Fively premeditated the old method we had in locate. Based on that, they worked on creating a smarter method for our needs. The main labor they prepared was manner software outgrowth. They handled front- and backend outgrowth, along with creating the software architecture. The method uses Laravel PHP, React Native, and JavaScript.
Was there a dedicated team?
I had direct touch with the developers initially, but we changed so that we had a project director on their side. We worked a lot with Igor (Co-Founder &, CTO) as well.
How did you come to work with Fively?
We establish them by word of mouth from another organisation.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The cost was over $200,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We seted working with Fively in April 2019 and we’re no longer working unitedly owing of the Coronavirus pandemic. We’d quiet be working unitedly, but since our organisation works with festivals and that spectacle isn’t currently nimble, we’re not.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The results are more qualitative since our project was cut brief. Before we stopped working unitedly, we were able to sell the method to some festivals, so that’s a good thing. Their reconstruction of our method made it a lot better and smarter.
How did Fively accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They accomplished veritably well and were nimble in a rapidly changing environment. They were big at knowledge our needs and creating solutions. We had weekly meetings with them and were lucky with how they managed the project. There was one entreaty where there was trouble meeting the deadlines, but they worked day and night to meet it.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They were wonderfully professional nation while also being extremely well-inclined. They did veritably well in adjusting to our needs as we went along. We veritably enjoyed working with them and I’d give them the highest recommendations.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
From our perspective, there’s nothing for them to better.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
It’s worthwhile to have a conversation with Igor almost business needs. They apprehend client needs better than the client themselves. Keep an open mind and allow Igor and Alex (Co-Founder &, CEO) to challenge what you ponder the business is supposed to look like IT-wise.
