Geomotiv ?We needed to hire and layer an engineering team very fast in order to recreate our platform fully from scratch. What were your objectives for this project?
We luckyly rebuilt the platform from scratch in 6 months and we',re now working unitedly to further layer the business, platform, and prolong our fruit lines into other areas. The platform now innately layers linsoon with big data technologies. The platform has high executeance in both despatch and in executeing client goals.

What were the reasons for choosing Geomotiv?
I had luckyly worked with Gemotiv at my antecedent organisation the Rubicon Project so they were my go-to leading choice for edifice a fast high skilled team here. We discussed our needs which were different than precedently. Before it was mainly high executeance high layer computing engineers that we were primarily interested in. This time the centre was more about big data technologies. Gemotiv felt positive that they could find engineers with the big data experiences and so we worked unitedly to execute that.
Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.
The project was to recreate a big data graph methods from scratch, big data reporting, and create a new workflow campaign and creative treatment method. The big data was primarily Spark and GraphX. The web technologies were a Java/Spring backend and a recoil front end.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
The teams were balanced about 70% onshore and 30% offshore.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
The project was hugely lucky in that it was built in 6 months and executeed all of our core goals of infinite layer, high executeance, reliable and maintainable through automated testing. The new workflow treatment web application allowed our client services team to feel 20x more clients per individual than precedently.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
We are an nimble team (scrum) so project treatment is feeld within the self organizing team. The Geomotiv team was innately an extension of our team.

Geomotiv is able to find wonderfully skilled engineers much faster than we are are able to in NY at an equiponderant or even higher condition.

If there were areas to better we would have already done so. I did mention some changes that would help us to form better achievement soon on and the Geomotiv team responded and betterd them fast.
