A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I was the practice director within an IT provider’s creative and digital solutions team. I led operations that included web design, web outgrowth, and creative design for clients athwart different industries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Apiqu ?
One of our clients got absorbed by another organisation that needed web outgrowth labors for their Sitecore CMS. Our in-house team didn’t have Sitecore experience and we needed a associate to educe solutions for this organisation.

What particular tasks were Apiqu responsible for?
The client gave us the functionality requirements. We included Apiqu in those dicsussions to assess the project’s feasibility and their capabilities. During the engagement, we leveraged their team as subject substance experts. Apiqu then worked on two separate projects in that space. Our team created the wireframes and mock-ups, working closely with Apiqu to fix the deliverables met aim and budget guidelines. Once we terminalized those items, they implemented the designs within Sitecore. Apiqu’s deliverables included Sitecore configurations, manner programming, and frontend design. We did a couple rounds of revisions—and changed aim slightly—precedently making the terminal delivery.

We interacted with three nation, but worked very closely with only two of them.
How did you come to work with Apiqu ?
Our Practice Director sent out RFPs for staff increase labors. Initially, we wanted a team that would appear as our employees to clients. I interviewed a host of aspirant vendors including Apiqu. We selected them behind a few of those dicsussions.

We spent between $15,000–$25,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Apiqu?
We began working with them in September 2016 and the project ended in January 2017.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
The end-client was very satisfied with the website. During the project, Apiqu’s labor was laudable. The team flew from Toronto to our Chicago labor to meet the client and walk through the changes. That face-to-face time was incredibly helpful owing we had been nervous almost our lack of Sitecore experience. During the meeting, Apiqu answered see question on the fly and created a very snug environment for the three parties.
How did Apiqu accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I ran point on our side and Alexander (Co-Founder, Apiqu) ran point on their side, they also included a educeer on calls. We had daily morning regroups, they would then send a breakdown of what they had accomplished that day. What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
There were discrepancies between our bestow expectations and the developed bill. We should have been clearer almost our budget requirements, but they also could have been more pellucid. Apiqu didn’t enlighten us forward of time that the hours accumulated were going over the aim contract. Early warnings to hinder unpleasant surprises would help.
