Ammar joined Bill Gosling in 2012 but Information Technology has been a lifelong love affair. Along with rock collecting one of his hobbies is researching and tinkering with technology. Ammar is responsible for our IT Strategy as well as for making sure our technology runs efficiently effectively and securely always.

Chris took on management of the Bill Gosling Sales team in early 2019 bringing with him 25 years of experience in the contact centre space. Today Chris is responsible for Business Development leading the Sales and Marketing team to drive awareness of the Bill Gosling brand and solutions he considers The best kept secret in the industry.

Dave started working in the debt collection industry for his fathers company (John Rae) in the summers during his high school and university years. In 1983 Dave headed to the UK to work in the business for a few years returning to Canada after 3 years. John had previously exited the industry in Canada and wanted to start again so Dave joined up and got the new Canadian business running with John in 1986. Four years later Dave bought the entire business from John bringing in four partners that were part of the management team.

With 100 employees at the time Dave had a goal to build a culture that was very different than the collection industry was known for at the time. Through his journey he was exposed to some external influencers (including Ken Blanchard the author of Gung Ho) that helped create The Allied Way (known today as The Gosling Theory) which laid the foundation for how we aspire to engage with our employees or Goslings as they are known as internally. Today these principles are stronger than ever and continue to support Bill Goslings values and vision.

As the business has grown and Dave sees a few more grey hairs hes been able to leave the heavy lifting of growth and operations to Kenny Johnston (President) and team allowing him to focus on his current passion of learning strategy and sharing his experiences and thoughts for the future company success.

Daves focus on the next chapter for Bill Goslings planned growth is based on a tripod plan of organic new products and services and strategic acquisitions. Dave continues to build his network globally and participates with external peer groups keeping him exposed to new and creative ideas that benefit all relevant stakeholders. In his free time you might find him listening to music often while drumming golfing or out on the water.

After several years as a Bill Gosling Client Donna joined the team in 2001 with more than 30 years of experience. This avid sports fan oversees our London site and outbound Sales and Customer Service Programs for North America with an athletic spirit on performance. If you ever meet Donna you will see that she is the one with the great hair not Becky.

Janine started at Bill Gosling in 2006 adding to her now 19 years of experience in the industry. Today she oversees HR Recruitment Payroll and HR Information Systems globally. Janine is an amateur Interior Designer enjoys swimming and spending time with her family and friends.

When Bill Gosling branched out into offshore with our Philippines operations in 2012 Jason joined the flock bringing more than a decade of experience in International Operations. Today as the quarterback of our non-domestic operations this former football player and motorcycle enthusiast is one of the busiest people in the company. In an average year Jason will fly more than 250000 miles between several of our global offices.

Joe Fanutti joined Bill Gosling Outsourcing in 2009 as CFO and has over 25 years of financial management experience in various industries. As CFO at Bill Gosling Outsourcing Joe is responsible for global financial strategy and operational excellence. Within his role Joe guides teams in delivering results that continue to drive growth for Bill Gosling Outsourcing. When he isnt crunching numbers you can find him volunteering his time charities and tinkering with his cars.

Since 2005 Joel has worn a lot of hats at Bill Gosling resident cookbook author TEDx speaker Damp;D geek and disruptor. Joel lends his more than 25 years of experience to our global training initiatives heading up the creation of our on-demand bingeable learning content to support our flock in their current and future roles and growth.

Joining Bill Gosling in 1993 in Glasgow Scotland Kenny has worked in many positions throughout the company with his final position in the UK being Managing Director. Eager for more growth learning and responsibility Kenny purchased a Canada Goose jacket and headed west to the suburbs of Toronto with family in tow.

As the President Kenny runs the day-to-day operations leading the growth and the operational health of Bill Gosling. Not only is Kenny very passionate about his own development he loves coaching and working with people to make them better a core value of the company.During his tenure Kenny has become a skilled conductor with a mission of removing obstacles for the management teams globally.

Kennys personal pastime includes a rigorous training schedule of biking running and swimming as he prepares for his participation in various triathlons and at least one Ironman each year with a goal to participate at the in the Kohala Coast Ironman in Hawaii.

Martin joined Bill Gosling in 1998 and is critical to the success of our UK organization. While leading the UK team he also is involved with the global strategy for the company building client relationships and developing strategies to enhance productivity and improve processes.

Martin#39;s competitive nature keeps him driven to succeed and outperform our competition. Fun Fact is that Martin can do more than 306 push-ups at once...or so he says he can.

Since 1998 Phil has been a bright light in the company. Phil is responsible ensuring operational excellence and strategy at Bill Gosling working with a variety of teams from WFM analytics operations and more. We think that Phils super powers with numbers and details are fueled by sweets otherwise how else does he not gain any weight?

Tom is a #39;jack-of-all trades#39; and partner he oversees the launch of new projects our certification processes environment of risk reduction and last but not least IT security.

With 30 years of experience Tom brings his unique energy and understanding of the industry to the team although his title is very long and covers multiple departments it is probably what gives him his superpowers. As an animal lover and outdoorsman he is a proud Dad of a veterinarian in schooling.

Although Sharon was born and raised in Canada she calls Los Angeles home. Sharon loves hot sauce coffee and bananas (not at the same time).

When Bill Gosling entered Latin America in 2019 David was there to support the expansion. His energy enthusiasm and great big smile are the heart of our Costa Rican Operations.

David has over 21 years of BPO experience including 14 years in offshore leadership and even though he didnt speak any Spanish when he first moved to Costa Rica he is now fluent in the language.

Since 2015 Gaye has been the on-site leadership for our Philippines Operations and has over 19 years of experience in the BPO/contact center space. While at Bill Gosling Gaye has been able to continue to hone her expertise in 1st and 3rd party collections for our financial and retail clients and mentor her team to continually drive better results.

When she is not busy with her 6 kids she treats herself to some #39;Retail Therapy#39; pizza or binge-watches a whole series with coffee in hand.

Natasha joined Bill Gosling in 2002 as a team leader and has quickly advanced into her current role overseeing First Party Outsourcing and Customer Care for various Clients.
