What challenge were you trying to address with Clearbridge Mobile?

We were looking to propel an iOS and Android app that would prepare self-labor for users in locate of our client labor phone lines.

What particular tasks were responsible for?

They proposed an app using a screen-scraping technology. Once we approved the solution, they began creating the wireframe and developing the code from scratch. 

We used an nimble outgrowth methodology for this project, propeling it in four sprints. Our inner QA team handled the validation testing, and their QA team dealt with the technical bugs on the app’s backend. We’d log them and correct them precedently the next release.

Some of the app’s key features include pop-up capabilities, usage monitoring, credit card payments, and billing statement approach for users.

What is the team compound? 

We worked with almost six limbs of their team, including UI, developers, a QA team, the chief technology official and a project director. Our project director was our leading point of touch.

How did you come to work with Clearbridge Mobile?

We leading heard almost Clearbridge through another organisation’s CEO who’s a business touch of mine. He was consulting with them and suggested I take a look at their portfolio. We also had an inner team limb who recommended them as the best mobile app outgrowth firm to work with. After evaluating separate other vendors, we determined to go with Clearbridge owing they had the most experience with the technology we were looking to create and the best cost for our budget.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We began working with each other in October 2017, and we just propeled the app in January 2018. We’ll likely last working with them for support and livelihood of the app.

Because the app is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant, we ran the app through extensive digital yielding testing, from code scans to discernment testing. Clearbridge came back best in class and set a new measure for other teams to accomplish.

How did Clearbridge Mobile accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They did an excellent job. They set up a project schedule when we leading began partnering and managed to liberate on time over an evolving fruition method. We interacted primarily through face-to-face meetings, email, and phone calls.
