I work for an interpolitical outgrowth agency. At the time of our engagement with EctoStar, I was responsible for web outgrowth.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with EctoStar?
We had very antiquated and superfluous technology and wanted to revamp our complete website. We wanted a website that was easier for users but also easier for the nation who handle and maintain it. It would be helpful to our structure if our website was more collaborative and open approach so that we could give nation approach on an as-needed basis.

What particular tasks were EctoStar responsible for?
EctoStar divide our engagement into two phases. The leading phase was the overall outgrowth and propel of our website. That phase was divide into design, outgrowth, requirements gathering, and propel stages. Their team created a Drupal 7 website for us, creating an SEO module within Drupal.
The second phase implicated other strategic enhancements to handle our day-to-day business and inner operations. We used our outer website as an inner tracking tool. Phase Two helped us enhance this experience and fetch in other keen functionalities that would help our processes.
Was there a dedicated team?
One thing we specifically asked for in our contract was one main point of touch. We’ve establish that having too many nation implicated can cause things to get lost. EctoStar assigned us one main point of touch for all of the stages of work. I was given direct approach to him and could call him anytime I wanted. I know he had a team of developers behind him, but he was the only one I interacted with.
How did you come to work with EctoStar?
I accepted a commendation from someone who was working with EctoStar at the time and showed us samples of their work. We were facing correspondent issues as them and realized EctoStar could help reply all of our information handlement business challenges.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the touch of the engagement?

EctoStar is answering and reachable. Even if I had the slightest interest, I was never sitting and waiting for a response. Their very ready solutions were helpful and well-designed. Their team is receptive to feedback and makes adjustments agreeably.
Anytime there was a new outgrowth or functionality, they would without let me test it out. They were ready to let me move things almost or change them. It was big working with them, and I would surely use them anew if I had the occasion. I would commend them to anyone doing Drupal outgrowth.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
The only thing we hadn’t initially reflection of was hosting and accomplishing livelihood on the website. Thankfully, EctoStar had already reflection almost that and we were able to add it to our engagement.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Request one point of touch to quit duplicate fitness and confusions.
