They’ve done separate websites for us including B2B and B2C with e-commerce aspects. They did both the design and outgrowth of those websites. The running website is built in Magento behind looking at some options.

They’re a smaller firm so if I would grade their project treatment I would give them a 7 out of 10.
What did you find most forcible almost ICONA?
Because they’re a smaller firm, there is more of a personable relationship with those working on the project. ICONA understands our business and they design and create according to that apprehension.
Are there any areas ICONA could better?
Everything’s done online including their project treatment method. I personally like to micromanage, so it would be good to have updates through weekly meetings.
