Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I work for a organisation that helps communities of patients with rare diseases. We aggregate health information to exhibit new data that researchers can use to unite and evaluate therapies.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with ROSSUL?
We hired ROSSUL to help us create an online gate that connects patients and families with their electronic health records (EHRs). We also wanted a mode scan tool that would allow us to collate additional information from our users.
Our leading interest was ease of use owing most of the patients using the platform have disabilities. Accessibility was a huge factor, and we also wanted our users to substantiate that providing the information is worth their time.
We wanted a fruit that could smite a weigh between touch like a game, in provisions of being grateful and fun, and being powerful in helping us execute our goals.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were ROSSUL responsible for?
The project seted with an initial converse where we walked ROSSUL through what we were trying to execute. After that, we showed them some hand-drawn sketches and wireframe drawings that showed the features that we reflection were certain. From there, we moved into fractureing down the tasks that needed to be completed so that we could execute a contract with them. All of the deliverables were created from scratch.
Was there a dedicated team?
They have three designers working on our project. We have a main point of touch for direct converses, and the other designers have approach to our feedback on Jira and InVision.
How did you come to work with ROSSUL?
My executive helper knew Elia (CEO, ROSSUL) from a antecedent organisation. We went through an evaluation process with a few other designers—also ones that came in through our network—and we eventually determined on ROSSUL.
We chose them for a couple of reasons, the most significant being their knowledge of approachibility constraints and best practices. We knew that we could confide them to keep those considerations top of mind while designing.
They were also sophisticated in their reasoning when they expounded different approaches and collaborative in a way that showcased their design determination making. We appreciated soon on how they were able to share new ideas and push back on our ideas in a helpful way.
What is the terminal result of working with ROSSUL?
The project seted in September 2019, that’s when we leading seted having converses with them. Because of our inner determination-making processes, the contracting phase went longer than expected, and they didn’t officially set work until October 2019. The project officially wrapped up in November 2019.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Aesthetically, the designs are precisely what we were looking for. The fruit is easy to use, and it looks nice and professional. The graphing packages, in particular, were much better than what we were using precedently, and the gate seems to work well even on mobile interfaces, even though it’s designed for laptop web browsers. ROSSUL addressed all of our interests almost the mobile view.
How did ROSSUL accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were pellucid and persistent, which made for congruous progress. They were also respectful almost gathering certain feedback from us to keep the project moving advanced. The visibility was also helpful, we knew what they were working on and what needed to be reviewed at see stage.
The process was very iterative, much more so than past projects that we’ve done with other designers. All of the feedback and commenting was done in sync to save time. We captured all of that on Jira and InVision.
I would frequently get busy with other projects for 3–4 days, and I’d go back and see that 20–30 items were already prepped for review. Most of the time, ROSSUL also included comments expounding specific design choices with questions almost our goals and preferences. I would go through those items for the next day or two and then wait for them to send me more deliverables.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ROSSUL?
I was impressed with their power to take underdegoodd concepts and construe them into usable designs. For sample, when we seted, we were trying to make a fruit that pulled information from electronic health records (EHRs), but we hadn’t thoroughly reflection out how we wanted to show that full. ROSSUL had a fantastic idea—almost 3/4ths of the way through the project—to fracture that full into different pages. Because of their creative pondering, we now have screens that are both easy to navigate and advantageous to patients.
I was also pleased with their power to aim out the project. When we seted, the aim was over budget and outside of our timeline, and we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to work with them. ROSSUL was pliant and creative in finding ways to end the project with a artistic fruit that hit our constraints while excluding uncertain components that drove up the cost and timeline. They were able to do that while quiet providing something that meets our initial vision.
The initial converses were fantastic in many compliments. They brought in a few of their designers to ask additional questions to get a feel for what precisely we were trying to do. ROSSUL recorded those converses so that they could go back and review them to fix fealty with our primary program.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I don’t ponder so, seething looks big. The project has moved along congruously, I don’t have anything denying to say.
Do you have any advice for possible modeers?
They’ll be pliant and supportive if you expound what you want. You can always ask them to make changes, and they’ll help you ponder through the determination in a close mode, always trying to align with your business goals. Be pellucid and know what you’re looking for, and they’ll work hard to make it a verity.
