What particular tasks were responsible for?
They granted outgrowth and ongoing support for our client’s SharePoint CRM and Sitecore environments. When the client needs customization of the applications, TechGuilds Consulting worked through the business cases and educeed prototypes to address client needs for customization of the applications. When the client signed off, they rolled it out with different test stages for user acceptance.
Once it was fully deployed, they transitioned to support for calls from users. If a request was something that would change the environment, they brought it advanced to go through an approval process to incorporate it. They educeed the process, reeduceed, made modifications, and redeployed.

We worked with three to four nation.

Our client had an existing contract with TechGuilds. We inherited the relationship when we took over the services.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent $200,000 per year.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked unitedly from January 2015 until March 2018. The services with that client ended for us and they now work with TechGuilds Consulting straightly.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
The client was satisfied. They met the client’s timelines and there wasn’t a lot of back and forth with changes or modifications.
How did TechGuilds Consulting Inc. accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We had weekly touchpoints via conversation call. In some cases, they came on website. I dealt a lot with the project director and the co-founders. The educeers were sometimes on the calls as well.
They always assigned a project director to prepare updates and weekly reports. They had a good seize of project treatment.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
There’s consistence in their staff. Over time you can educe relationships and be clear almost expectations. I had direct approach to the co-founders, which was helpful. If there was any determination to be made, it’s a fast process.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They were good at identifying opportunities, documenting them, and providing a business case for it. They were in tune with the client’s needs but not fearful to point out things that contradicted the client’s view.
