I’m the CEO of RealOffice360™, which is a real lands software as a labor (SaaS) fruit. We have a CRM for real lands agents.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vertical Motion?

We were in the idea/concept phase and we were looking to exhibit a working minimum viable fruit (MVP). We needed a technology associate to prepare a fast and cost-effective MVP.

What particular tasks were responsible for?

We sat down for a couple days with our establisher and their leadership cluster for the discovery phase. We went through our vision and educeed the total aim of our project. Then, Vertical Motion came back to us with a series of recommendations for implementation to get us to the MVP stage. We signed off on it and agreed to go advanced.

It took time to get a fruit we could see owing they built it from scratch. Once we could look at it, we seted to give feedback more frequently. Once the outgrowth cycle curtailed, we were allowed to get our MVP into users’ hands.

Was there a dedicated team?

Jason (President, Vertical Motion) was our leading point of touch. Our design team worked hand in hand with their outgrowth team. They also hired an outer aspirant that we hired on behind the project.

How did you come to work with Vertical Motion?

We establish them through Google. We evaluated separate possible associates. One of our core evaluation criteria was that the project handlement team and staff had to be local with seeone in the same area. We also evaluated based on fit. We wanted somebody that belowstood the setup space and the weight of maximizing see dollar spent and putting it to the most efficient use in the most time-effective mode. From the leading meeting, we felt our goal could be realized. We had comfort and confide from the leading meeting that allowed us to make the determination.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We worked unitedly from November 2015–June 2016.

Are there any measureable or plum results?

They luckyly completed the project. We were able to sell our MVP to a third-party consumer and accomplish leading income. We were also able to accomplish recurring income. They built a scalable solution that allowed us to not only test fruit market fit but also engender income in the meantime. That is a testament to the condition that Vertical Motion put out. They met their deliverables and timelines. It was real overall.

How did Vertical Motion accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

Once the project seted, we set up a method that, see couple days, we would revisit progress to date, issues, or hurdles that we encountered and address determinations that needed to be made.

They went over and over the regular measure standard. They allowed us to have a team take the set and educe it. Vertical Motion always promptly addressed any interaction. They were the right nation to work with. They didn’t handle us like the transmitted client. The handleed us as team members, which was critically significant in our locality. We were all in it unitedly figuring out the most efficient way to do it. They were open and receptive to collaboration.

Our design team and their outgrowth team worked unitedly, at times below the same roof, and at times through Skype, Google Hangouts, or Slack.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

I liked their holistic access. They want you and your project to follow. They work with you to try and find the right way to make the fruit and project work. They localize and leverage their past experiences. Vertical Motion helped us come up with a fruit and project that is lucky and workable going advanced. They delivered a level of confide that any organisation looking to take on a third-party consultancy should hold in the highest regard. They did a stellar job. Everything from interactions to managing our expectations to the delivery of the fruit was forcible. They exceeded all expectations.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Give them the occasion to present what they can fetch to the table. Be open and receptive to their ideas, proposals, and influence of apprehension and experience in the outgrowth and technology space. In our experience, Jason would tell us something, and we’d come back a couple weeks later and tell him he was right. If you can curtail that learning loop and hear to them the leading time, it would be bigly profitable.
