Explaining high technology to people can be a challenge – especially if a product’s main task is to move something invisible, like air. It doesn’t have to be. By incorporating our latest real-time rendering solutions, we have put an air handling unit of Menerga (Germany), one of the leading players in the European ventilation industry, in the right light. We did so by moving the product and all its subcomponents into an… interactive 3D data centre environment involving Ultra HD (4K) touch and, as an additional module, VR glasses. Keeping our industry focus in mind, we have virtualised all essential engineering features of the unit within a data centre, incorporating live energy performance, pressure and air velocity data, different ambient conditions, and much more.
