I am the CEO of Evivecare. We are a startup in the digital health space. Our goal is to help nation with speaking disorders recover their address faster.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lean Apps?
We were creating a digital training solution to help nation practice at home and recover their address at a faster pace.

What particular tasks were Lean Apps responsible for?
Lean Apps took on the complete origination of all software elements for our solution. Our project director, Narjeet, is located in Berlin, as well, and he collaborated with our India-based outgrowth team. We set the requirements for each two-week sprint. Narjeet organized the workflow and documentation for the project.
Was there a dedicated team?
In approachion to Narjeet, we worked with a scrum conquer in India, who managed our eight-person outgrowth team.
How did you come to work with Lean Apps?

We developed a functional prototype of the fruit to adjoin our vision to our partners.
How did Lean Apps accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We made fast progress in implementing our ideas into the project. Through the iterative process, we were able to see proximate results. Unlike regular outgrowth processes, we were able to have short-term goals and make changes that could be implemented into the next sprint. We skilled some time zone considerations and innate interaction challenges owing of them, but both sides were resigned and pliant.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Lean Apps?

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
