We’re a healthcare organisation that has its own fruit. Our organisation focuses its full-time observation on this one fruit. We handle healthcare documents for clinical trials. One of see four cancer investigation centers uses our software. I’m the ruler of the organisation, but I also have software outgrowth roles within the business as well.

What challenge were you trying to address with Omnes Group?
We needed resources to support software outgrowth for the complete organisation. Most of our engineering team is located at our headquarters, and we need to keep up with fruit growth and usage.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
The market is competitive for developers, so it can be tricky to find good aspirants in the market. Omnes Group was brought on to find us big genius. We had issues with antecedent agencies, so we were hoping to follow with a new associate. They took time to apprehend our business and values, so they could match us up with appropriate aspirants that matched our culture.
How did you come to work with Omnes Group?
We were working with another hiring agency that began falling behind, so we needed to look for a new associate. Our team looked into 5–6 different agencies using Google searches. After a month, their team veritably stood out with their interaction and experiences. It became an easy choice for us.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working with them in September 2019. After a three-month RPO with them, we’re now looking to swell into an annual RPO to confirm our relationship.

We haven’t felt like we lost time examining the aspirants that they send us. All of their aspirants are high-profile with big technical apprehension. The only times we’ve passed on aspirants are when they aren’t the right cultural fit, which is very significant to us. They do a big job of making sure they apprehend our culture, so they can prepare us with genius agreeably.
