MY
MY is an administration application used by our clients and us. It is created to solve the need for an automated billing, accounting and payments system. MY was built five years ago, and in the meantime it had become outdated and less efficient. We decided to do the exercise of a complete rebuild of our customer’s area. We did this by applying material design
concepts and harvesting all the insights from customers, managers and administrators through interviews, surveys, card sorting, data analytics and user flows.
In just six weeks, we got from the first sketch to a polished desktop, tablet and mobile interface.
