What challenge were you trying to address with BeHappy?

We began the project in February 2019 and it was completed in May 2019.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Since we’re in an soon phase, we haven’t seen tactical benefits yet. Though, the investigation they’ve conducted has been a step in the right course. It’s propelled us toward defining our initial statement for the Spanish market. Also, their suggestions have added value. Now, we’re working with the team on a second project that focuses on quantitative analysis.
How did BeHappy accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
It’s easy to get in touch with them, and they are very kind with their time. We appreciated how they conducted the interviews in individual.
They used present, collaborative tools such as Trello, Google Drive, and Miro. We used Trello for high-level project treatment and Miro to collaborate by sharing documents and pictures. We adjoin via WhatsApp and email.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with BeHappy?
The project director does a good job of managing expectations and care track of deadlines. Whenever we talked, he never let us get lost in the details. Our dicsussions were always aligned with the project goals.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
The terminal introduction could have been more actionable and condensed as the terminal report was 60 pages. Even though recommendations were included in the terminal report, they could have also been included in the introduction.
