Chief Executive Officer
Marc co-founded Block in 2006 following a successful career architecting building and running enterprise-class infrastructures within blue chip organisations including a number of global financial institutions and COLT Telecom Group. An economics graduate from the London School of Economics Marc has built and acquired several technology businesses over the last 20 years that share this mission and values. Marc is passionate about building teams and organisations that at their heart use technology to bring positive change to society and improve peoples lives. Marc works directly in close partnership with clients with an approach that places business priorities people and empowerment at the heart of technology investment and business transformation. Liverpool born and an ardent Reds supporter he lives with his wife and three children in London. He enjoys running exploring new countries and cultures and music both listening and mixing.

Dom joined Block in July 2020 after 10 years running high growth multinational SaaS software companies as CFO and COO. Prior to that he spent 15 years as a private equity investor working with entrepreneurs to drive growth in the Technology Healthcare and Business Services sectors. He has a range of executive and non-executive Board level experience and focusses on corporate and business strategy operational transformation and general management. He lives in beautiful Wiltshire with his wife two grown up children and a variety of animals still plays a range of sports (increasingly badly) and like Marc he is a lifelong Liverpool fan.

Tracy joined the Block Executive Board in 2017 following the acquisition of Innov8 as a Block company. Within her 20+ years of executive and non-executive experience Tracy has held several board level positions within financial services and retail along with Chair of a £250m NHS Foundation Trust and CEO of a strategic consulting practice serving several FTSE 100 companies including Marks amp; Spencer Plc Tomkins Plc and The Department of Health.

Each year every member of the Block Team is invited to nominate a charity of their choice for Blocks support for the year ahead. Nominations are then put to a company-wide vote. This years elected charity is Changing Faces.
Changing Faces is a charity for people and families who are living with conditions marks or scars that affect their appearance by changing the lives of those affected and the minds and attitudes of those around them.
