What challenge were you trying to address with Blueberry Consultants?
Our aerodynamics section was working on a project, and we didn’t have sufficient resources to complete it. So, we were looking to got an outer software outgrowth house.

What particular tasks were Blueberry Consultants responsible for?
We set the specifications, and Blueberry Consultants is developing the platform for us. Since working with them, we’ve grown the method into other areas of the section and added more functions.
Was there a dedicated team?
We always have a project director and 1–2 developers. Our main developer has been the same individual since we began working unitedly. We always have a project director, but the individual has changed a few times.
How did you come to work with Blueberry Consultants?
We knew interaction would be easier if we worked with a local software consultancy, so we could meet in individual to prove things when needed. We evaluated 3–4 other companies, but they stood out owing they created a test of concept based on our previous specifications. It proved that they understood what we wanted and what their team is capable of.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent over $500,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Blueberry Consultants?
We began working unitedly in 2013 and the project is ongoing.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that proves the contact of the engagement?
Our old method only covered 30% of our processes, but we’ve been able to increase it to almost 100%. There have been very few instances in which they didn’t liberate what we wanted, but they responded to our feedback fastly and were able to correct it. We’ve never had to roll back an update behind it’s been launched. In hypersensitive software projects like ours, it’s hard to construe a user requirement into a working method. Nevertheless, they’ve done a big job.
How did Blueberry Consultants accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We have a big relationship with both our project director and the lead developer. During our weekly catch-up call, they let us know what they’re working on or are just affecting base. Our director does a big job interacting between our team and the developers, which can be tricky to handle. Still, we’re able to extend out to the developer straightly if the project director is unavailable.
In approachion to our weekly calls, we take emails from them and accidental text messages. They also use Trello and an inner work tracking method. We have approach to these tools so we can adviser project progress.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Blueberry Consultants?
The project director talks to us straightly and has created a veritably big working relationship. We never discuss almost specifications, rather, they hear to what we need and are able to capture it. When we need them to change things or make tweaks, they’re very pragmatic. They also never nickel and dime us, owing they know what we need.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Some of the technology choices we made at the commencement of the project are now out of date. We’ve also establish a few expressive bugs during testing.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I’m a developer as well, so we have a ordinary speech and can adjoin well. I quiet ponder if you don’t have that background, the union will quiet go well.
