What particular tasks were Casual Films responsible for?
They help us with outsourced video origination. This includes inner and outer corporate videos for marketing campaigns or inner training/interactions. They work as a white-label labor, executing creative ideas that we’ve developed through a scoping process with our clients. Their support adds to the origination and execution of those videos.
On some projects, we’ve come to them with a client challenge. They’ve developed a concept and we’ve worked hand-in-hand with them to complete and present it to our client. Whether it’s live-action filming or life, they do all the storyboarding, origination, and post-origination up to terminal delivery.

We work with 4–5 nation, typically account managers. They then work with their inner team.
How did you come to work with Casual Films?
They were an existing vendor with us when I came on board. It was through word-of-mouth—some colleagues recommended working with them. I reviewed a portfolio of their work and reached out to one of their account managers. Then I determined to set working with them.

The condition of their work is very high. It’s always completed with very high standards. We get a lot of real feedback from our clients on videos that they’ve produced, both in provisions of the condition of the work and the turnalmost time.
How did Casual Films accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Project treatment is pretty good. They’ve got a congruous process and are big at interacting timelines, milestones, and aim of work. The initial aim of work is very wide in provisions of budgeting and finances. Project managers are good at care track of elements they can influence—they do a good job.

I ponder it’s the level of confide we have, they’re very dependable and congruous.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
They could better the level of creativity. Sometimes when they take concepts, they could push boundaries further. The trust of the account managers to talk almost the conceptual work could be stronger, but it’s not overly issueatic.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Be very clear almost the business objectives that you want to accomplish with the project you’re attractive them on. Have achievement measures and mark the purpose upfront. You should also be open and receptive to their ideas, they have some big ponderers.
