Itsu is a British chain of East Asian-inspired fast food shops and restaurants and a grocery organisation. I was the Senior Group Digital Manager.

Chelsea Apps?We occupied Chelsea Apps in a design sprint, prototype and design of a new fidelity-based app.
What were your objectives for this project?
We were aiming to propel a fidelity app that stood out from the crowded fidelity space (it needed a WOW factor). We also needed a new marketing vehicle to extend clients digitally: one that would not only promise our clients and better the in-store experience, but would also allow us to create and liberate offers and comms based on individuals needs to drive visit frequency.

What were the reasons for choosing Chelsea Apps?
I searched online and within my network for a range of app developers and services - from established companies to startups and even out-of-the box solutions. I initially compiled a list of over 15 solutions and then brieflisted to 6 agencies whom I had a call with precedently meeting them face to face with some members of the senior leadership team. We chose Chelsea Apps based on their culture fit, experience, cost for value as well as their design process. The latter was the most significant factor as we had a very particular way of working and also needed to move excellently fast.
Describe the project in detail.
We began with an intense 5-day sprint which implicated the teams from Itsu and Chelsea Apps, working through a design process from knowledge what we veritably wanted to get out of this project through to developing a testable prototype to gather client feedback. We came up with almost 200 + ideas which we then narrowed down to a compelling offering to meet the initial goal that was set out. During the sprint, Chelsea Apps built two prototypes, one of those prototypes was a fully interactive Augmented Reality app (which gave the wow factor), and the other was a gamified fidelity app (which drives promisement and visit frequency).

We had a Project Manager, Creative lead, 2 Designers/UX, and a developer.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with Chelsea Apps?
We ran through an intensive day of testing both major components of the prototype in-store with real clients, including the Augmented Reality component which was extremely well accepted.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with Chelsea Apps?
Chelsea Apps were very answering throughout the total process and always worked to fix that deadlines were accomplishd. The intensive design sprint meant that we were very fast working as one team and had real-time feedback on ideas and designs. You',d have to be very powerful to go from ideation through to prototyping not one but two designs in the space of five days!

I was very impressed by the team as a total - they',re a big bunch! Chelsea apps were bigly knowledgeable, agile and collaborative. They were plainly skilled in app outgrowth, user experience and veritably wanted to help us create a solution that clients veritably love. The team always gave constructive challenges, working hard to get to the core of the issue, not just liberateing over what we ponder we want at the price of the client. We didn',t progress to outgrowth due to an inner change in course. Though, I was very satisfied with their work throughout the total process and we ended up with two beautiful prototypes. Chelsea Apps were big at project treatment, kind, entire and also knew how to crack a few laughs which is always a premium. Keep up the surpassing work!
