CHALLENGE
Dacadoo is a Swiss-based globally operating mobile health platform. In 2011 Dacadoo started developing its online, mobile Dacadoo health engagement solution. Dacadoo needed to scale their development team in Switzerland but couldn’t find the right people fast enough. So they decided to start a mixed setup with a remote team.
SOLUTION
Ciklum helped with recruiting, onboarding, and the establishment of a great work environment to grow and maintain the team in the long run.
Dacadoo started with a front-end team in Kyiv, Ukraine, growing to a team of 40 people in just seven years.
Due to rapid business growth, Dacadoo needed DevOps experts and back-end developers to be located within the EU. Ciklum found these specialists in Malaga, Spain.
