This statement is made pursuant to s.54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that CloudCoCo Plc (’CloudCoCo’) has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.
Modern slavery encompasses slavery servitude human trafficking and forced labour. CloudCoCo has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.
CloudCoCo is an independent telecommunications provider. The company offers a complete unified communications portfolio including fixed line calls line rental mobile data connectivity hardware managed services Wi-Fi hosted and IP telephony and information technology (IT) services. CloudCoCos segments are fixed line services (being calls and line rental services) and managed services (which are data connectivity hardware services IP telephony support and maintenance services). The company is engaged in the provision of voice and data communication services to both domestic and business customers.
CloudCoCo provides unified communications solutions to commercial and public sector customers across the United Kingdom and offers technical and commercial options for on-site and cloud-based telephony.
We have carefully considered all aspects of our supply chain and given that they are UK-based committed to paying at least the national minimum wage (or living wage) we do not consider that we currently have any high-risk areas. We shall continue to monitor the supply chain and all aspects of our business for any potential high-risk areas and take appropriate steps to ensure that the supply chain ethics as set out in this statement are not compromised.
CloudCoCo operates a supplier policy and maintains a preferred supplier list. We conduct due diligence on all suppliers before allowing them to become a preferred supplier. This due diligence includes an online search to ensure that particular organisation has never been convicted of offences relating to modern slavery.

We regularly conduct training for our procurement/buying teams so that they understand the signs of modern slavery and what to do if they suspect that it is taking place within our supply chain.
