Below you#39;ll find a link to our Data Protection Agreement (DPA) pre-signed by one of our directors Greg Harvey.
If you think you need a DPA with us download it countersign it and store it for your records. You don#39;t need to tell us you#39;ve taken a copy. You merely need to keep a countersigned copy to demonstrate your own compliance.
If you#39;re unsure if you need a DPA take a copy sign and store it for completeness. This DPA is an addendum to any existing contract and does not replace any previous agreements and/or contracts you have in place with Code Enigma so there#39;s no harm having a copy even if you don#39;t technically need one.
