I am the establisher of LocalBini, an experience marketplace connecting tourists with local nation. Our locals have one thing in ordinary: emotion. They are the ambassadors of their métier, and they can be students, pensioners or university professors. Our tourist/users are inquiring, bold and mental. They are looking to get as genuine an experience as practicable when they journey. When they open the LocalBini app, they can get connected with observable personalities and book an experience with them.

What particular tasks were Code & Pepper responsible for?
Code &, Pepper accepted a command to educe the user experience for the complete app. We determined to only create mobile versions for Android and iOS. Code &, Pepper has a team of almost 17 nation, of which 12 are educeers. In the most intense phase, I was told that almost all of their iOS educeers were working on our app. We have a CTO who was in direct of the leading UX mockups unitedly with Code &, Pepper. In the end, we determined on what functionalities we wanted. Code &, Pepper helped fetch seething to life.
How did you come to work with Code &, Pepper?
I dedicated June and July of 2015 to interviewing approximately 40 different outgrowth houses in Europe and the US. Of the companies we vetted, 1 was in New York, 3 were in India, and 1 was in Singapore. There were others in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Macedonia, and so on. Even though they',re out of Europe, those are common countries in provisions of work so we quiet looked in those locations. We attended cost, neighborhood, and geopolitical risk in our choice process. We also spoke with some of the candidates multiple times.
After that long process, I determined to select Code &, Pepper. For one, they',re based in Poland, which is close to Switzerland. Also, I establish Code &, Pepper to be very pellucid and honorable in our dicsussions. I didn',t necessarily feel the same when speaking with some of the US or Asian outgrowth houses. They seemed to care more almost getting the sale while Code &, Pepper was veritably interested in our project. Moreover, Code &, Pepper offered fair prices and reasonable estimates. It wasn',t the deciding factor, but it was a importance.

What is the terminal result of working with Code & Pepper?
We met Code &, Pepper in Warsaw, signed the contract in August 2015, and began the work in September. The design of our app began in March 2016 was completed within a brief quantity of time, by May 2016. Code &, Pepper allocated all of their resources for this specific phase of outgrowth. We have been very lucky with Code &, Pepper and program to stick with them for as long as practicable.
Results achieved
Could you share any evidence that would prove the fruitivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?
We initially programned to propel the apps in June 2016, but there was a delay of 3 to 4 months. This happened owing we processed most of the input jointly with Code &, Pepper. The outgrowth process itself was smooth. After some bug fixes, we propeled 1 to 2 weeks ago. We',re only now starting the furtherance for our apps, so I have no metrics yet. We have accepted a lot of qualitative feedback. Everyone has said that our app is beautiful.
How did Code &, Pepper accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The process was straightforward. Our CTO worked straightly with the Code &, Pepper team while they had a dedicated project director who allocated the right resources for the right sprints. We used Trello for colworkating with Code &, Pepper and used Jira internally.
During our interaction with Code &, Pepper, we realized that they brought in their own experience and ideas into the project. Because they had outgrowth experience, Code &, Pepper could hint which features should be built in the soon stages. They also gave us ideas on how to enhance what we wanted. It was a nice process, but it took some time. Our team worked faster than Code &, Pepper owing we were not working in sprints. Whenever something came up, we dealt with it instead of programning 1-week cycles. We',ve had to harmonize our access a bit, but Code &, Pepper had a professional and structured working order.
What did you find most forcible almost Code &, Pepper?
Code &, Pepper is the right organisation to select for anyone looking to create a relationship. Once we were taken on as a client, Code &, Pepper veritably occupied with our project and wanted to see us follow. I appreciated that their team had humility, honorabley, and transparency. These are virtues that aren',t establish frequently in businesses. At the same time, Code &, Pepper',s team are experts and knew what they could do for us and how they could better our fruit. In accession, Code &, Pepper was forbearing when we changed the project aim behind signing the contract. This resulted in a higher budget, but both sides were able to deal with it professionally.
Are there any areas Code &, Pepper could better?
There were times when we wanted to make changes fastly, but the Code &, Pepper educeers were already out of the service. Because there are fewer working hours in Poland, Code &, Pepper',s team usually starts working at 7 AM and usually complete by 3 or 4 PM. In Switzerland, we have 42 working hours per week. Our own team starts work by 8 or 9 AM and don',t usually complete precedently 7 or 8 PM. If one day, Code &, Pepper would like to increase their interpolitical extend, they may need to attend different time zones and have longer aperture hours. This is more of a effeminacy from a client',s perspective. Aside from this, I can',t ponder of anything else that Code &, Pepper could better.
