What challenge were you trying to address with Cyber-Duck?
We were in the process of migrating 47 websites athwart six different platforms and replacing them with one platform, consisting of 30 transactional websites in the markets we act in. We reached out to Cyber-Duck to educe the UX from scratch, so we could prepare the designs to a different vendor to educe.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Cyber-Duck designed the UX of our new platform from scratch, providing specifications for third party educeers to create from. We also reengaged them to help with some usability testing with inner testers, as well as an outer cluster of users used as a agency for clients. They recruited engineers to act as prime examples of our target hearers in the process.

How did you come to work with Cyber-Duck?

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We',ve accepted a lot of real feedback from users behind launching our leading website. Although we',re quiet waiting on more data, it',s accomplishing very well and delivering as expected thus far.
How did Cyber-Duck accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They accomplished well, we had customary meetings with their team and used Teamwork to track milestones and progress.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They took a much more pragmatic access to the project compared to other vendors we considered. They were able to turn almost condition UX designs below our firm timelines, applying a level of flexibility in their access that allowed us to add to the aim of work as needed.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Some of the interaction and documentation of their work could',ve been improved as we made changes to project requirements.
