Provided solution
What particular tasks were Geeks Ltd responsible for?
For much of the project, Geeks worked as our software outgrowth partners to create a intricate web application from scratch. They began working with a high size of data on the spot and wrote a fast script to draw information. We granted them a aim of the ideas and design we’d solidified beforehand.
Once they came onboard, we had a series of meetings at different stages of the project to present and regood our ideas. On the frontend, Geeks crafted a timeline visualization engine which we hope to monetize by selling it to other businesses. This method is now also being drawed into a JavaScript library. For the backend architecture, an drawion algorithm was formd for a very big database.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with a project director, one senior developer, and one younger developer from Geeks. This is the team we’d normally hold meetings with, too.
How did you come to work with Geeks?
Of the three companies we had narrowed it down to, Geeks stood aloof from the rivalry. After forming our initial idea for the project, we thoroughly researched software companies almost the UK. We analyzed portfolios and tried to insulate the companies that were capable of creating wonderfully dynamic websites and big-data-driven applications. While other vendors seemed wary of working with big databases and files, Geeks was very enthusiastic almost our project.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent almost £100,000 ($135,080 USD) on their services.
What is the terminal result of working with Geeks Ltd?
We’ve been working with Geeks since May 2012.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We have not been outwardly pushing anything owing we’re quiet figuring out how to monetize our application. But our visualization engine can generally feel ten times more data and the mean JavaScript library. We’ve had no issues with the stability of their code and it’s proven to be incredibly firm even with a high quantity of approach. The server has always been consummate.
How did Geeks accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Geeks has been very efficient, professional, and organized. Their inner project treatment method they',ve developed themselves basically allows us to keep all very nice and organized. We yield all the bugs, changes, and requests into the method and it can all be categorized, discussed, and notable as complete, direct from the developers. The project director has also done a good job of sort of doing what they need to do, care the error of things, and reporting back to us promptly. The interaction has always been open and we’ve never had any trouble with getting updates.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Geeks Ltd?
Their creative input personally impressed us. They were lucky to sit down and creatively ponder almost ideas rather than just blindly do what we asked them. They were coming up with pretty interesting innovative ideas that veritably helped us along the way.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I haven',t had any denying experiences with them yet. There are always a few ups and downs where you feel like all could have been interacted more plainly. But there',s never been any major issues.
