I#39;ve always been intrigued by how things work and have taken things apart and rebuilt them since I was a child. When I started Hallway in 2006 I didn#39;t shy away from designing programming coding and marketing websites single-handedly or from learning the nuts and bolts of running a business on my own. I learnt from the ground up. That hands-on startup attitude is something that is echoed throughout our business today. This approach gives us the drive and purpose to help our clients to be as successful as possible using technology.
Getting hands-on in every area of digital media helped me see what works visually and what is involved technically. It also gave me respect for the skills I would later bring on board. It#39;s for this reason you#39;ll find every team member isn#39;t just hired for their technical or creative skills. We look for their natural curiosity and willingness to get stuck in add value and solve problems. It#39;s the Hallway style and it works for us and our clients.
