We storyboarded the journey of a single customer online who transacted and activated the new insurance policy. We used an illustrative style as we did not want to distract the viewer with hectic scenery and character movement.
The design adhered to the SPB style guide and was consistent throughout the video. SPB wanted to use a video to showcase the new offering instead of static… presentations and text to help the target audience picture how it integrates.
