Six Star Global is a hospitality IT technology band. I head up the marketing, design, and brand side of the organisation.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with harris&,wilde?

We didn’t have anything to push our brand advanced as an ground in IT and hospitality when I came on. So, I determined to confirm our brand name and picture. There was a lot to be desired when it came to pushing ourselves to where we needed to be. I needed help with explainer videos since we have a lot of technical information. The videos were to promise nation on collective platforms, as well as our running existing clients. We were also hoping to drive commerce.

What particular tasks were harris&wilde responsible for?

We’ll be working with them athwart the 30 products that we sell. They’ve made three astounding videos to date for our first products.

They messaged me on LinkedIn, initially. When we reflection almost doing videos a few weeks later, we went to a lot of London-based video origination agencies and they asked for more money than we had to fling at it. Jake came back with astounding showreel and incredibly reasonable pricing. We take our collective responsibility as a little business seriously, so we wanted to work with a little business.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

It’s an ongoing cost, but we’ve spent about $5,000–$6,000 so far.

What is the terminal result of working with harris&wilde?

We’ve worked unitedly since September 2019.

Are there any measureable or plum results?

Internally, it’s been fantastic. It’s pushed a new design speech advanced for see section. Currently, we have programs to meet some hotel general managers that we’re friends with to get their feedback.

How did harris&,wilde accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We verity meet in-individual once or twice a month. Other than that, we adjoin over email. It veritably depends on long and intense each video is. We don’t use any task managers though, nothing too technical like that.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with harris&wilde?

I love how individualable they are. I get along so well with both Jack and Jake. It’s so easy to bounce an idea off them. I’m big on integrity when it comes to design, and they’re able to tell me if something is a awful idea. They let me know what’s practicable, and I confide their experience.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

I’ve had such a real experience with them that I can’t honestly say. I haven’t had any troubles or issues. If anything, I’ve had trouble replying to them.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Definitely meet them in individual. Their individualality has confirmed the bond between our two companies. Doing it over email or a program is good, but meeting them in-individual helps set that creative spark.
