Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with hedgehog lab?
We were looking for an app to restore our running method that helps us adjoin with our drivers.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were hedgehog lab responsible for?
The indigenous iOS app was built from scratch strictly for iPad. Right now, the app needed to adjoin with the driver—from our method to the app and back. It needed to have directions, maps, live updates, and alerts. This is the leading phase, and we program to add more features in the forthcoming. We are just wrapping up the UAT phase, and a 30-day test.
Was there a dedicated team?
We were in touch with two nation on their side.
How did you come to work with hedgehog lab?
We did investigation online and establish them on Clutch. I interviewed a couple companies that I establish on Clutch. I then interviewed a rise that worked with them in the past, so they gave some tenor into their work experience.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent almost $95,000.
What is the terminal result of working with hedgehog lab?
We began working unitedly in August 2019 and the project is ongoing.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Our drivers are testing the app, and they all seem to veritably like it. All the drivers like the feasibility of it. This is the leading app hedgehog lab has done for a trucking organisation, so it’s a pliant hard to expound precisely what we want. Still, they’re always ready to work with us and do precisely what we need.
How did hedgehog lab accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We talked see week and gave an overview of what we wanted. Then we went back and forth and would critique.
We’re on Monday, and we have a weekly conversation call, and we send emails.
Their interaction throughout the process has been veritably good, but their power to meet deadlines has been doubtful.
It’s not taking as long as I reflection it would, but the project was initially supposed to wrap up in November, but that got pushed back to December, then January. I just ponder they set an unrealistic timeline at the commencement of the project, and they couldn’t pursue through.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with hedgehog lab?
Honestly, they’re personable. It’s like they’re working with us and they want the app to work veritably well too. They always give authentic feedback. They want the app to do well, and they’ve been super implicated.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Like I said, just be more realistic on their timelines. They didn’t take a long time, but at the commencement, I was surprised at the timeline they suggested, and it’s clear that it just wasn’t realistic. I’d rather know how long it’s going to take.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Like any collaboration in this day and age, you need to stay on top of them to make sure seething gets done.
