I work with Darren (Senior Account Manager, hedgehog lab), Kevin (Head of Strategic Accounts, hedgehog lab), and Michael (Product Manager, hedgehog lab), as well as a team of educeers based in India.
How did you come to work with hedgehog lab?
I',d known of them for a while and they had a big reputation.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We',ve been working with them since almost January 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Some of the apps they',ve educeed are live and being very well accepted. Users are very pleased with the functionality and interface thus far.
How did hedgehog lab accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They',re very answering, the support staff in their India service is good almost fixing bugs in a early mode and making any changes as needed. I can also extend our account directors very easily both in individual or over the phone.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
I',m most impressed by their interactions, they',re very collaborative and the account directors do a good job of ensuring the educeers apprehend our needs.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Their invoicing could be more organized. We also have a few unappropriated requests that we sent to their support desk, but nothing major.

Try to apprehend project goals and have a vision precedently going into the relationship to prepare a clear course for their team.
