Adrian worked with John our CEO at CDP Advertising before he moved with Charles Saatchi as a founding member of the Saatchi amp; Saatchi Agency.
He further developed his career at a number of blue chip International Agencies in Creative Services amp; Production Management. He then moved on to the production supply chain market managing a high end production supplier.
In 1988 with this expertise gained in International production Adrian founded ICP as a specialist company focused on the emerging global production delivery market.
Christopher brings to ICP almost 20 years of experience at Warner Bros. and Turner Broadcasting where he was the executive in charge of developing Turners enterprise-wide Creative Production Digital Asset Management and Content Distribution systems meeting senior management creative IT digital marketing PR and social media objectives.
Christopher has a track record of building technology-forward systems and organizations that result in operating efficiencies innovation in the creative production process maximize the value of content marketing publicity and sales assets.
Over the last 10 years at ICP Victor has focused on Creative Operations in Advertising Production and Marketing Technology leading consultancy and program delivery with client teams covering many of the worlds largest and most loved brands.
Victor has worked across a variety of different industry sectors including charitable telecoms retail publishing life sciences consumer goods marketing and advertising.
David is a Chartered Accountant who has a wealth of experience
Working seamlessly with the executive our management board are responsible for ICPs global operations on a day to day basis both across our creative production and marketing technology services.
Joining ICP in September 2019 Karyn is responsible for attracting developing and retaining our Incredibly Capable People.
Karyn has 14 years experience managing global HR teams across a number of industry sectors including technology charitable and care.
Karyn gained a masters of law in employment law and practice and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD-UK) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-US).
Lindsey is a visual thinker and creative problem solver with a strong focus on connecting the right information to the right people.
Relationship management information architecture visual communications and facilitation are strong factors in Lindsey#39;s professional experience.
She believes that knowledge is meant to be collected and shared while respecting different learning styles and the patience needed to communicate clearly through transformations of people process and technology.
Yvonne is an ICP veteran having been with ICP for over 13 years. Having started out growing ICPs TV amp; digital offering in London she now oversees the production pipeline across all channels.
When Yvonne isn#39;t at work she enjoys spending time with her son and the rest of her family.
She can also often be found shopping for weird foods in The Scandinavian Kitchen to satisfy her Norwegian roots.
She is also prone to enjoying a bit of karaoke and dancing.
Over the past twenty years Inci has lived and worked in many countries with both global and specific in-market experience in London Paris and Istanbul. With experience from a number of major global network agency groups she has experience of many sectors including Fashion amp; Beauty Retail Pharmaceutical as well as FMCG. She has considerable experience in managing large teams and leading communications amp; engagement in advertising marketing and public relations.

As Group Business Director she is responsible for all operational amp; commercial activities for Unilever Tiffany Estee Lauder Coach and RHS.at ICP including managing a number of global teams across 6 different countries.
Inci is passionate about cars amp; Formula 1 dancing fashion and sailing
Casey currently leads ICP Americas talent management and is also a Business Director shaping the engagements and change management approach for several new accounts.
She brings 7 years of client-side experience having worked at Coca-Cola on social media strategy marketing technologies and digital asset management.
Outside of ICP Casey enjoys running beach trips and skiing and is a parent of three young kids who always keep her busy!
Bob started life as a Buyer and moved into Packaging some 25 years ago.
Since joining ICP in 2000 he has worked on various areas of TV and print but primarily involved in the Avon Cosmetics European Packaging account where he has assisted in introducing and establishing the workflow and library systems in use across all Avons approval and final artwork process.
Anna has joined ICP after 14 years spent working for integrated creative agencies in Italy and UK where she has worked on global FMCG and media brands. She now leads the Diageo and Carlsberg accounts globally focusing on leveraging technology to assess produce and distribute brilliant creative assets.
Delphine has thirteen years experience running digital programs and campaigns for global clients in luxury beauty and fast moving industries.
She is a versatile digital marketing specialist with creative flair and strategic vision.
As a Client Partner on the Coty account today she supports them in their digital transformation program and ensure they gain maximum efficiency from their different platforms.
Dividing her time between France and the UK she has a soft spot for the Bordeaux region.
David joined ICP in 2017 as Marketing Director with responsibility for all communications activity and leading on new business initiatives. David is enthusiastic about the opportunities for ICP to build on its rich heritage in the advertising industry to offer global brand owners the services that unlock measurable success in the multi-channel marketing environment. The challenge to manage this effectively and globally with brand consistency is real and David looks forward to harnessing the talents of our Incredibly Talented People to produce some exciting thought-leadership in this area for our growing community of clients.
David studied languages at university before embarking on a career covering all aspects of sales and marketing in many business-to-business environments.
Hes worked in many market sectors including sales promotion the packaging industry FMCG automotive management consulting and market research to name a few.
Justyna joined ICP as Senior Business Director in 2017 and is our subject matter expert in Life Sciences and pharmaceuticals sector.
She oversees the delivery of DAM services by our global teams of assets managers.
Justyna also leads strategic consultancy projects helping to set up DAM implementation plans design operational models and develop business cases.
She held marketing communications and change management roles in global pharma organisations through most of her career and wears Marcomms agency hat as well.
With over 25 years of experience Elliott is a Digital Swiss Army Knife and Board Certified Client Whisperer. With a keen focus on consumer engagement and technology Elliott seeks to help organizations be focused on radical customer-centricity across all channels.
Elliott has led small and large global teams for initiatives across CPG Food and Beverage Financial Services Global Logistics Pet Care Non-Profit and Government Sectors.
Specifically to Asset Management Elliott has led strategic and implementation initiatives across Marketing Technology platforms for organizations to tie disparate platforms focus areas and resources into a cohesive strategy that is user-focused while meeting enterprise business imperatives.
Martin spent the first half of his career in operational roles in advertising agencies.
He then set up a business providing process consultancy and virtual marketing teams.
One of these projects involved being seconded to Hyundai Cars European HQ in Frankfurt for two years to set up the in house communications business.
He returned and joined ICP to help the business transition to the next stage of its growth.
Nicolas aka. Nico has been agency side for 12 years working in both creative agencies and creative production.
