What challenge were you trying to address with Kellton Tech Solutions?
We had a very separate need for a one rise of veracity for our data. We wanted to take that data from two method types and be able to collate it in an easy interface showed on a dashboard that could be presented back to the websites and/or functions through visual show units or TVs. We wanted to fetch up real-time accomplishment metrics on labor for those websites.

What particular tasks were Kellton Tech Solutions responsible for?
We had a very hard brief concerning the constraints we had with procuring software from the mainstream. We had to go with some of the more readily useful free-wares and maintain a very light touch.
When the app was prompt, there were revisions to be made. We did a prototype where I was given approach, so we went through it and gave comments and notes back and forth. Those notes were transcribed into issues for the team for them to work on and form a rendering two.
We went through 3 or 4 iterations in total to good-tune it. What I had asked for by way of requirements was what I perceived the solution to look like through mockups. When the solution was verity liberateed on screen, in provisions of the end state functionality, we were able to take those less adjustments and liberate.
Was there a dedicated team?
I dealt with three senior directors and four SMEs and developers. There was a project director on their side as well, which was key to working with such intricate requirements.
How did you come to work with Kellton Tech Solutions?
Through my own investigation and network. We’d used Kellton Tech Solutions earlier in the year on a more strategic start in reference to the IT functions. It was from that introduction and ongoing conversations of that engagement that I reached out for additional engagements. That resulted in this smaller, yet just as strategically significant, piece of work.
What is the terminal result of working with Kellton Tech Solutions?
We worked unitedly from January until March 2019.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They built a solution that liberates data in a dashboard and shows real-time metrics. The measures of achievement are that we’re now making decisions based on that data and we’re making them faster than we used to. It’s been very achievementful, and we’ve gotten very achievementful feedback.
How did Kellton Tech Solutions accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I was very lucky with their project treatment abilities, which showed at the offset. Having a project director on their side, it veritably felt like we had somebody sitting close us. That personal touch was very significant for fast responses, knowledge the feedback and business requirements, and translating that into a technical requirement. It was seamless and very well executed.
I was able to easily navigate from the general directors down to the functional heads. They were very approachable and grateful to deal with. They identified the needs and the leads required to make this start. I interacted with them via phone.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Kellton Tech Solutions?
They veritably apprehend the business issue and liberate a solution to explain it. The vendor treatment and referenceship treatment is very powerful, and it was all backed up by their liberatey. They don’t make cookie-cutter solutions.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We are very regulated as a pharma organisation. They’re not as household with this sector as they are with others, so I would have taken the time to onboard the developer to our network. He would have been able to approach our network a lot easier, making the process faster. We ended having to connect in the developer as we went through the process, and that took a bit of time. That’s veritably on our vendor set-up/onboarding piece.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
If anyone is occupied with them, you’re going to be occupied with digital transformation starts. Any start like that comes with a level of intricateity. My advice is to be very clear almost your business requirements. Understand the issue you’re trying to explain. The solution is only as good as the requirements.
