We then build a detailed project plan containing all the information about the proposed solution and details of the project approach. From here we move on to the design and build of the solution.
Once that has been signed off we go through full testing procedures before working with our customers to launch the solution. We offer ongoing support and maintenance to ensure continued satisfaction.
Finally we remain on hand to help with the evolution of the solution over time. If your requirements change and the tool has to be altered to meet your needs or if new features need to be added KLOC will be there to assist.

Jim founded KLOC in 2005 driven by a desire to deliver better solutions than the market norms of the time. Jim started coding when the first wave of home computers hit the market in 1980 and has worked continuously in the software development business since 1984. Today KLOC is led by Jims passion for making bespoke solutions really work for people.
Dave has been part of the KLOC team since 2014. Gaining substantial technical experience throughout his career Dave is a leader in all aspects of software development - from client-side HTML CSS and JavaScript to server-side PHP C# ASP.NET MVC SQL Databases APIs integrations and everything in between. Dave draws upon his experience to provide technical oversight and support to the development team to ensure that customer requirements are consistently turned into technically sound competent solutions that work.
Andrew joined the KLOC team as Project Manager to drive process improvement and build a solid framework from which to manage a busy project pipeline. Andrew comes from a technical background and started his career in Project Management after spotting a gap in the team for a customer focused individual with strong analytical skills. ITIL and PRINCE2 Practitioner certified Andrew has an excellent track record for delivering successful outcomes to KLOC customers by ensuring projects are delivered on time to budget and exceed customer expectation.
Damon has been working at KLOC since 2017 managing all inbound customer communications as Customer Support Executive. His key focus is to give an exceptional KLOC experience which helps customers achieve their ambitions and meet their day to day needs. Responsibilities vary from managing customer maintenance contracts to solving enquiries promptly and working closely with the internal teams. He is very often your first point of contact when liaising with KLOC.
Derek is KLOCs Non-Exec Director and brings with him a wealth of managerial experience. In 1989 he set up his own company and is a founding partner of CMC Partnership. Derek is also the Managing Director of a worldwide airport consultancy called AiQ Consulting. He has worked with many clients ranging from multi-nationals through to small privately owned businesses and is able to take a Non-Exec view on finance accounts sales amp; marketing people and business processes.
Isabelle joined KLOC as Marketing Manager to implement and manage a marketing strategy for the company. She has over ten years experience and is responsible for all aspects of marketing including campaign management content creation branding and advertising as well as looking after the companys corporate social responsibility. She is tasked with raising the profile of KLOC and increasing brand awareness while also strengthening our existing customer relationships.
Hana manages all aspects of Human Resources at KLOC. She brings a wealth of experience with her and is responsible for building KLOCs reputation as a top place to work and implementing the activities and processes to support this. Hanas key focus is recruitment and attracting new talent including work experience placements and apprenticeships. Hana works closely with existing staff and with external talent providers such as universities and colleges.
