In his 20 years of advertising Blake is very proud to have managed some of the most awarded accounts in the UK hes less proud of his love for sugar based snacks but hes working on that.
A Business Director with 20 years experience Vicki has been at the helm of some of our most successful multi-channel campaigns. A ninja multi-tasker when shes not leading krow youll find her navigating her way through life with young twins.
Over his career Nick has been Creative Director at four leading agencies and developed the happy knack of creating populist campaigns that have won awards at all the meaningful creative festivals and at both the IPA and APG effectiveness awards. Nicks daughters think hes cool but they are young.
What Ive learned by working on three decades worth of high profile communications campaigns many of them very challenging is that it doesnt have to be fun to be fun.
Our production-team leader with 20 years experience Emma has delivered numerous award-winning multi-disciplinary campaigns for leading brands. Responsible for leading the production of krows film and animation content she cares passionately about craft and quality. She has a strong history of producing at any scale – from £500 to £2million+. Emma also founded kworks and is krow#39;s planet-loving Green Ambassador.
For over 20 years with unrelenting curiosity for culture and consumer behaviour Aileen has led the Planning on some of the UKs biggest brands. She is also a mum of two spirited boys author of our IPA Gold paper for DFS and wife to a Masterchef winner.
Mark has spent the last 35 years helping many of the UKs most creative agencies to deliver the impossible on time and on budget. The last 14 of those at krow he continues to espouse the mantra that theres always a way. In his spare time hell be found on a tennis court. A backhand as graceful as Federer but sadly thats where the similarity ends!
Matt is a qualified Chartered Certified accountant and has worked in media finance for over 20 years. He is also a keen homebrewer so if we either want help with a complex spreadsheet or what hops to use in an IPA then hes the man to turn to.
Driven by a desire for great work Matt has successfully led the planning on a wide variety of commercial charitable and political accounts. As the second Matt hired by krow hes often just called ’Planner’.
You name it Darryl has created a campaign for it. Pet foods alcoholic drinks home furnishings car phones; remember car phones? Hes also created them in every channel imaginable. And if thats not flexible enough Darryl is also an experienced yoga teacher.
With 20 years under her belt working on some of the worlds biggest brands Camilla motivates and nurtures the account handling department. She also keeps busy out of work with her smallest and most challenging clients – her two sons.
