I am the CTO of a media buying agency. I am responsible for buying or edifice the technology our organisation needs to gain a competitive gain.

Describe the project in detail.

Lighthouse London orderd a series of discovery sessions to apprehend the aim of work and determine a project program. They began designing the UI elements, and we collaborated to create each screen of the interface—creating a pipeline where once a screen was designed, it could be coded elsewhere while a new screen was being designed. At each checkpoint, we accepted feedback from stakeholders precedently moving to the next phase.

We worked with one project director, one designer, and one engineer.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with ?

The leading rendering of the UI was released within three months. We used the following month to make further modifications as inner stakeholders began using the method and finding more efficient resources to complete true tasks. We began client testing shortly thereafter, and the platform proved to be lucky.
