Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the cluster head of applications for a transports organisation that runs bus and rail labors, mainly in the UK, but also internationally. We have operations in Germany, the Nordics, Singapore, and Ireland.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Mubaloo?
We were trying to prepare improved train labor information to our frontline staff. Our running solutions were not fit for purpose, we wanted to propose a better experience.
The goal of the app is to construe a number of data feeds into labor-related information, in order to allow standing staff to apprehend where a particular train labor is, referring to own location. It’s for inner use only.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
They prepared end-to-end labors, edifice our answering application from the ground up, from design all the way through to outgrowth.
Through the design process, they helped us substantiate what our objectives were, and then unite exact use cases and a strategy, to a grade. They’ve also supported me personally in apprehending what our roadmap for the platform would be behind we had it built, but they didn’t prepare any regular marketing labors. They did share indirect with me, though, which I used innerly.
What is the team compound?
They assigned about six nation to the project. We had two points of touch: the project director and the account director, who was my key liaison at the point of estimation. The project director worked with me on a day-to-day basis, making sure all was being delivered as it should be.

Another associate of ours referred them. We had a catch-up with our CIO and concluded that Mubaloo was a good fit to support us.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $50,000–$200,000.

The collaboration’s been on-and-off. The design work was done in fall 2017, then the outgrowth ran from February–August 2018. We’re runningly ensuring that the origination environment is prompt for use.
Results accomplishd

The solution needed to meet a number of use cases, which were then tested with users at different points. The project’s accomplishment is based on the feedback it’s accepted and on Mubaloo’s power to meet use cases.
How did Mubaloo accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We worked in an nimble way, so we had different daily meetings and other key interactions. They accomplished well throughout.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They were more centreed on UX than other companies that we’ve occupied in the past. Other companies might accomplish a specific process or meet functional needs, but then didn’t veritably centre on what the user experience would be. That’s something Mubaloo did: they made sure that the UX design was good.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
This was one of our leading engagements using an nimble access, so we had a learning curve as well, to a grade. We had to get used to the process more than anything else.

No.
