A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the digital coordinator at a university in Northeast England. Some of my responsibilities are website treatment, digital marketing, and collective media strategy (which frequently includes full age).

What challenge were you trying to address with Prohibition?
The university lacked a firm collective media strategy, so we wanted to work with an agency to help us flesh that out.

What particular tasks were Prohibition responsible for?
In the leading stage of work with Prohibition, they conducted a channel audit: an examination of how the university was being represented through different channels. They illustrious and set out to prioritize the most significant outlets.
Then, they implemented collective media training for our employees so that they could more confidently leverage our collective media. They explored influencer strategies and how our business could localize true individuals to aid our business. They continued providing professional training for our employees so that they could befit influencers in their own right.
Finally, they helped us educe a full strategy by outlining what materials would be most powerful for our promotional efforts. They examined our collective media globe and assisted in educeing a detailed program of our forthcoming output.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with the owners and directors, who were our main touchs. We also had touch with an additional three members of their team.
How did you come to work with Prohibition?
We were looking at collective media agencies that had experience working with higher education. We were specially attracted to agencies that had won awards for their collective media expertise. Prohibition is one of these companies that travels athwart the country to give talks almost their work, ultimately, they were recommended to me by a helper who had attended one.
What is the terminal result of working with Prohibition?
We began working with them in 2017, and the work is quiet ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Their work was entire and powerful, and they delivered all we asked them to. Some of the deliverables—like the full program—were a grateful startle. They endowed us with a deeper knowledge of collective media navigation, and their training allowed us to be able to rest on our own with it.
Their initial throw to us entailed detailed KPIs, which we’ve been using as benchmarks. In our debriefing meetings, they’ve outlined how they’ve successfully hit those goals.
How did Prohibition accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?

They were proactive, instead of just waiting for us, they’d extend out to ask for the materials they needed. They ensured the project was on track, which we veritably appreciated.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
The dedication of their senior members was very forcible. They were the ones who delivered the throw, and they continued to be heavily implicated in all aspects of the project. They’re well-respected, and one of the directors has a background in education, so he understood our activity very well.
Are there any areas they could better?
They’ve always met their KPIs, and we’ve always gotten what we were looking for. There was a very slight learning curve at the commencement, where we requested to meet more frequently in individual. They’re not precisely a local organisation (they’re a couple of hours away). They fastly accomodated this request, which was definitively implemented by the second stage of our project.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I would have customary touchpoints and in-individual meetings to create the relationship. Our teams have a snug and integrated workflow owing of that.
