What challenge were you trying to address with Softwire?
We have a lot of legacy methods and old technology, and we needed to replatform and write a new method. We didn’t have anyone in-house with the experiences or expertise, so we hired an outer agency.

What particular tasks were Softwire responsible for?
The leading method that Softwire worked on was for our search and match team, who’re responsible for finding possible donors for patients who need a transprogramt. Softwire produced screens for our team to be able to better oneness best matches and to pass that information to transprogramt centers via PDF files.
For any of our projects, they pursue our tech stacks, which are microservices on a .NET platform. They’re optimizing our process, moving from our old Oracle database to Azure. They use React for our frontend and host the platform on Azure. While they do software dev, we also collaborate on technology strategy.
