A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I was a fruit director at Channel 4. At the time, I was working on the Film4 statement, on the digital side.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Super User Studio?
We had a website already, which didn’t necessarily return all the different parts of our business. At Channel 4, we had a channel, but also a fruition organisation that makes films, and the website had reviews as well. None of them were veritably working unitedly, as they had different objectives. We wanted to fetch someone in who could facilitate that a pliant bit, but also to talk to our users, run user experience, help with strategy, do rival reviews, and then go on to do the design and UX for the website.

What particular tasks were Super User Studio responsible for?
We had an initial six-to-eight-week exploration time with the goal of coming out with the objectives we wanted to accomplish. Within that, we talked to users for our scan, which was put unitedly with Super User Studio. We also did some centre clusters, which they ran at their offices. How did you come to work with Super User Studio?

Our website was nominated for a Broadcast Digital Award. We increased reiterate visits, and there was surely a real uplift in engagement. I don’t know if we grew the user base specially owing it’s excellently a specific cluster of nation who are interested in film.
