I’m the head of marketing interactions at Shepper. We prepare keen asset checks to businesses in numerous different industries including property, retail, and financial services. By combining an app and local nation, we can check business goods fastly and cost-effectively.

What challenge were you trying to address with Together?
In September 2019, we rebranded our business. We needed a new website. The old platform was a couple of pages that componentd our old branding and didn’t have a CMS.

W We hired Together to create our website, growing our platform from two to 20-pages. Their team implemented the latest plug-ins into the backend to support SEO efforts. We had a dedicated Slack channel for managing the project, which was one of the reasons the process was early. Everyone on the team was able to jump in. Rather than going back and forth via email, we spoke to each other fastly.
For the copy, Together used Google Docs. We were able to collaborate on them easily. They also used whichever InVision or a correspondent tool, where we could add feedback on the website’s design. That was a good choice to written documents.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They have a real posture and are passionate almost what they do. They wanted the website to be good and went the extra mile for us. Often, web agencies get caught up in practicable extra costs. Together didn’t do that. Their team wanted to get the project right.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They could let the client know when their team was running behind or when a determination will contact the timeline. On a project with different stakeholders implicated, it can get stressful. Together remained cool and calm throughout the engagement. While their positivity was a force, it was hard at times owing it could like our deadlines. They should make the client more conscious of the consequences that flipping a date will have.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
We didn’t have the copy prompt in advance, which would’ve made the process much easier. There would’ve been fewer design challenges if we had the copy as soon as practicable. Make sure the copy is as terminal as it can be as Together can prepare suggestions, applying their design and marketing experiences, as well as strategies fast owing they have all the information they need to come up with suggestions and conclusions.
