Wavex Technology originates from Soho where we first began our journey as a managed IT services provider in London in 1998.

Gavin is the founder of Wavex and the Company CEO. Having a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and a background in software development he has built the business into a leading IT support provider. In doing so the firm has won a number of notable industry awards; Growing Business Award Top 100 Companies to Work For European IT Excellence Award and Outstanding Company Award to name a few.
Andrea joined Wavex in 2015 as Finance Director and Company Secretary. She is a CIMA qualified accountant and holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering. Andrea is responsible for driving excellence and value from internal support functions and focuses on working with the board on their strategy and growth plans. Her background is in IT services and engineering consulting more recently focusing on high growth SMEs.
Gareth joined Wavex as the Head of Technology and Operations. He has extensive experience in defining and delivering complex IT strategies adopting a client-first approach that IT must deliver value to every user. Before joining Wavex as the Chief Technology Officer for a rapidly expanding international law firm with a £400m turnover and over 3000 staff he led the globalisation and rationalisation of IT services and standards to enable business growth and secure collaboration on multinational highly complex legal cases. With the practical experience of transforming enterprise-wide infrastructure and application services today he leads the Professional Services and Operations for Wavex. Gareth holds a BA (Hons) in Business Information Systems is Azure Certified and has over 20 years experience in evolving ITIL service delivery functions.
Stephanie joined Wavex as the Head of Sales after having completed a full time MBA at the Kingston University/Business School and co-founding a London-based consultancy firm for SMEs. With 20 years of experience in leading commercial units in the services and not-for-profit sector Stephanie has a proven track record of setting the strategic direction for commercial functions in order to secure continued growth and brand development which she is now bringing to Wavex.
