Ed is responsible for organising and managing Ziptechs Directors Briefings a programme of in-person and online learning events for CEOs and Directors of SMBs who want to stay informed of the latest technologies available to business owners and the advantages they can bring. Prior to working for Ziptech Ed has been in the IT amp; Telecoms sector for over 15 years.
An experienced B2B professional with a background in financial services technology and business intelligence Chris drives new business development at Ziptech. In a typical day Chris talks to leaders of small and medium sized businesses about how Ziptech can improve their IT investment and achieve better business outcomes.
Based remotely in Iasi the historical and cultural capital of Romania Alex is our expert when it comes to marketing technology research and digital marketing. Playing a pivotal role in our business development team Alex identifies the business leaders that Ziptech can really help through digital transformation helping create modern workplaces.
With over 25 years of technical and commercial experience Perry has a 360° understanding of what businesses need from IT. Perry plays an important part in on-boarding new clients as well as being the technical architect of initiatives aimed at delivering the highest level of strategic managed services.
Perry hasnt yet attained the heights of his musical aspirations but nonetheless loves the creative elements of developing a business.
Brad provides direct support to clients who subscribe to Ziptechs vCTO model helping them to make strategic decisions about their business systems and consulting at Board Level. Brad holds both ITIL and GDPR-P certifications and has over 10 years experience in IT management.
Bradley joined Ziptech on an apprenticeship scheme in 2012. Since then he has worked his way through many roles. Currently Bradley helps to architect solutions for clients and then delivers the technical project. Bradley is also an advanced Cyber Essentials practitioner and helps business become Cyber Essentials compliant.
Rad has 40 years IT industry experience starting as a programmer before moving to the commercial side of the industry where he held various Director level posts. During this period Rad had a number of placements in the Middle East working for local IT companies. The latter as the CEO of a Dubai-based IT Solutions Provider. Born in Jerusalem Rad arrived in the UK in 1970 to continue his higher education and graduated from Essex University with BSc in Computer Science.
Harry started out his IT Career as an apprentice for a SMB support company in Richmond upon Thames. Having completed his apprenticeship and a further year at the company he began working as a Senior Network Technician for three years maintaining a network for a school that spanned from Reception all the way to Sixth Form. Now at Ziptech Harry is enjoying looking after clients IT systems as a Systems Engineer.
Jack started his career in IT in 2016 under an apprenticeship programme which he completed in 2018. He joined Ziptech in 2019 as a Project Engineer. In that short time Jack has been involved in many projects and on-site work. He also specialises in cyber security and supports clients who wish to gain accreditation through the UK Governments Cyber Essentials programme.
After completing a three year IT course at college Connor started out as an apprentice with Ziptech in 2014. Since then he has progressed to the role of Senior Desktop Engineer and is pursuing a course of industry exams which will continue to improve his skills.
Graduating from Guildford Business School Luke began his career in engineering and IT with his first role on a support desk in 2012. Since then Luke has worked hard to continue his professional development through in IT systems infrastructure and brings these specialist skills to the Ziptech team.
With 20 years experience in IT Lee is one of the most senior and highly-qualified members of the team. Joining the Ziptech Services team in 2015 Lee is a server and network infrastructure engineer with a range of Microsoft Certifications and he specialises in Microsoft Server Microsoft Azure and Windows.
Harpreet joined Ziptech back in 2012 as a Desktop Engineer. Since then clients will have also known Harpreet as a Field Service Engineer and Project Co-Ordinator. Harpreet has continued his professional development all the way through with Ziptech and is now our Project Manager supporting clients by scoping and managing infrastructure upgrade and digital transformation projects.
