NEED: Automate the process of calculating and managing the commissions of their sales network.
APPROACH: We analyzed all possible combinations of structural elements involved, designed the appropriate configuration environment and by means of a middleware-based (Websphere) communication, we gathered input from
all required systems (Order Management, ERP and Billing) to automatically generate multi-hierarchical commission reports.SOLUTION: Our solution was the main tool to support the company’s fast paced growth through partnerships with more than 4.000 sales partners, which were based on fully customized commission schemes.
