ON TELECOMS: One of the biggest fixed-line operators in the 00’s.
NEED: Automate the process of calculating and managing the commissions of their sales network.
APPROACH: We analyzed all possible combinations of structural elements involved i.e. product portfolio, sales partner agreement, commission type etc., designed the appropriate
configuration environment and we gathered input from all required systems (Order Management, ERP and Billing) to automatically generate multi-hierarchical commission reports.SOLUTION: EXIS designed and developed a Sales &, Commissions Management System that was able to support complex business requirements, such as configurable commission policies for each sales partner’s hierarchy level.
OUTCOME &, BENEFIT: Our solution was the main tool to support the company’s fast paced growth through a large number of partnerships, which were based on fully customized commission schemes.
