Prashant is the Chief Technical Officer at Atlas SoftWeb and has a degree in Diploma in Information Technology and Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. He plays an integral role in making technical and management level decisions like policy for employees and bringing in new technologies. He designs the architecture of a project before it goes into the development phase. With an extensive experience of 10 years his aim is to grow the company as a robust E-commerce development company.
He loves working at Atlas SoftWeb due to the freedom it gives to its employees. He has evolved with time because Atlas always encourages the employees to provide facilities to learn new technologies. Apart from work Prashant loves playing all kinds of sports specially cricket and football.
Ishan is the Vice President at Atlas SoftWeb and holds a Master of Science (Computer Applications amp; Information Technology) degree. He carries seven years of experience in this field and manages ecommerce projects at Atlas. He works closely with clients to understand their requirements and builds websites as per their demands. He takes part in all EC related team activities and management meetings on decision making.
He believes that Atlas SoftWeb is his second family. He joined Atlas as a Project Intern and with the years he has seen himself grow from a young intern to a strong professional. He loves the friendly environment at work that fills him with positive vibes. He knows that Atlas will reach a certain level in future to build a strong identity and will be a tough competitor to all globally.
Apart from work Ishan loves to travel with his family and friends. He loves to attend seminars based on technologies like ethical hacking and loves hearing motivational speeches.
Elvin is the Chief Web Officer at Atlas and has a degree in Master of Computer Applications with an overall experience of eight years. The multi-tasker of Atlas along with being a certified Magento developer and managing the Magento projects/clients Elvin also manages the network and servers of the organization.
He considers Atlas SoftWeb as his extended family due to its flexible working environment and new learning opportunities. Elvin believes that working at Atlas helped him get a very good exposure to his skills and abilities one of them is being able to directly communicate with clients. In his free time and when he isnt with his kid Elvin likes to play the guitar and also loves to cycle which helps him stay fit.
Bejini is the Chief People Officer at Atlas SoftWeb and she holds a Masters degree in MBA with Specialization in Human Resources amp; Marketing. She is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of Atlas in a way of developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with Atlas objectives.With over 8 years of experience she supervises and provides consultation management on strategic staffing plans performance management compensation employee benefits learning amp; development and employee relations.
For her Atlas SoftWeb has been like her second home since it has allowed her to grow from an Officer to being the Head HR of this firm as well as has helped her evolve at personal and professional levels. The one thing she likes the most about Atlas is the ease at which you can approach the top management. Everyone here is treated well and everybodys opinion matters.
Bejini is an avid reader. She loves to spend time with her kid. She is passionate about teaching and exploring new ideas as well as constructing new HR policies for organizational development.
